What do you enjoy most about your work?

The pace and variety. I enjoy knowing that the loans we manage actually help projects move forward through monitoring until a successful redemption.

What skills or strengths do you bring to the team?

Staying composed with complex cases, supporting others within the team.

What makes your approach to your job unique?

Having recently joined Ascot, I am working on monitoring my portfolio closely and engage early with clients and brokers, which reduces defaults and protects lender capital.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love spending quality time with my son and exploring new places together.

One fun fact about you.

I’ve travelled the world, from Australia to the Canadian Rockies, and somehow I still think I’m not confident… even though I negotiate loans and toddler tantrums like a pro.
