What do you enjoy most about your work?

The variety, no two days are the same.

What skills or strengths do you bring to the team?

I have a strong commercial background in banking having worked in the industry for around 26 years before joining Ascot in September 2025. I am used to fast paced and quickly changing environment and am embracing a new chapter in my career.

What makes your approach to your job unique?

I am curious about the things that matter and getting those things right.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Spending time with friends and family is important to me and I am also a cat mum!

Until I was 5, I genuinely believed Smarties grew on trees — and honestly, I’m still a bit disappointed they don’t.
